Which subscription plans include Reports?

Reports are available on all plans. Every Localo user can generate instant reports and set up auto-reports from day one. Reports Manager will be available for all plans with 2 or more Business Profiles under an account (Pro and Enterprise).

Do reports send automatically without my review?

No, and that's by design. Localo generates draft reports automatically at your schedule, but you always review and approve before sending. You can adjust sections, add personal notes, or make last-minute changes. We handle the time-consuming data gathering and formatting, you handle the send out.

Do I need to manually do anything?

Not at all. Localo gathers all statistics, creates Position Maps, formats everything, and saves complete drafts for your review. The only thing you need to do after is share the report.

Can I choose which sections appear in each client's report?

We always generate complete reports, but you can toggle sections on or off in each one during editing. You can also show only progress (hide declines and no changes), add educational content to explain metrics, and include your logo.

Can I set up auto-reports for each individual client with different settings?

Of course! Each client can have completely unique auto-report settings: different schedules (first or last day), frequencies (weekly or monthly), and date ranges (last week, last month, last year).

Is there a way to manage reports for multiple clients at once?

Yes! Reports Manager (available on Pro and Enterprise plans) lets you filter by status and frequency across your entire client portfolio. You can use bulk actions to generate instant reports for multiple clients or edit auto-report settings. You can also set default rules at workspace level and customize only the exceptions.
